HC Series Tub Grinders
The most-reliable, high-capacity tub grinders in their class
HogZilla HC Series tub grinders deliver the ideal combination of features, portability, and large-scale production capabilities to meet all the needs of industrial mobile grinding operations. These midsized tub grinders offer the production capacity to outperform the largest machines from many competing manufacturers while remaining easy to transport between job sites.

Built for exceptional value, every HogZilla HC tub grinder competes with the best on the market in price, performance, and portability. The HC Series is available in three models, including self-loading and self-propelled track-driven configurations to meet a wide range of grinding applications.
HC Series tub grinders come standardly equipped with a Hydraulic fluid Coupling drive system. This type of drive eliminates the common repair hassles of a dry clutch and protects the engine from torsional shock.
As an upgrade over the Hydraulic Coupling, HC tub grinders are often equipped with a Torque Converter drive. This upgrade provides superior protection for the rotor drive system while also adding load-sensing engine RPM management capability. The optional load sensing engine speed control is designed to save fuel and extend the life of the machine’s moving parts by automatically reducing the engine speed during any no-load situations.
